Ingredients
- 1 cup Disempre Integral Rice
- 1 liter and a half of water
- 2 beef broths
- 1/2 can of peas and 1/2 of corn
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 chicken fillets, cut into small pieces
- Parmesan and parsley for sprinkling
Method of preparation
Start by preparing the broth.
In a large pan, heat the oil and bring the onion to golden brown, add the chicken breast and sauté until the chicken starts to brown.
Add the bouillon cube and water and stir until completely dissolved.
On a platter (that can go in the oven) place the brown rice (without cooking), the corn and the pea and complete the platter with the still hot broth.
Stir to mix the ingredients and bake for about 45 minutes until the rice is cooked and the water dries up.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley to taste.
