Ingredients
- 3 cups of rice (tea)
- 1 large onion grated
- salt to taste
- 2 grated carrots
- 6 cups of boiling water (tea)
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- 1 chopped yellow pepper
Method of preparation
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and cook until golden.
Add the rice and fry it.
Add the carrots, peppers and salt.
Mix well and add boiling water.
Cook uncovered, over high heat, until the water starts to dry and reaches the same level as the rice.
Cover the pan, lower the heat and finish cooking.
When serving, sprinkle with a handful of chopped green onions.
