Creamy rice with bacon


  • 3 cups of rice
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 cup of bacon
  • 1/2 can of peas
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese (200 g)
  • soy oil
  • salt

Method of preparation

1. In a pan, fry the chopped onion with the salt and the bacon in cubes until translucent.

2. Add the washed rice and fry for 1 or 2 minutes.

3. Add 2 fingers of water more than the measure of rice.

4. Cover the pan and leave until the water dries up or until the rice is cooked.

5. After the rice is cooked, add half a can of peas, mix and cover the pan for approximately 5 minutes with the heat off.

6. Add the curd and mix.

7. Serve the amount on the plate, if you prefer, add green seasonings and potato straw. (optional)
